Toyo Hotel Asia 2025 Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

Thank you for visiting Toyo’s stall at Hotel Asia 2025, Maldives!
By participating in our giveaway campaign (“Promotion”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

  • The Promotion is open to all visitors who register through the official Toyo registration QR code during the Hotel Asia 2025 Maldives event.
  • Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.

2. How to Enter

  • Visit the Toyo stall at Hotel Asia 2025.
  • Scan the QR code displayed at the stall.
  • Complete the online registration form with accurate and valid information.
  • Only one (1) registration per visitor will be accepted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

3. Giveaway Prizes

  • Winners will receive Samsung gadgets as announced by Toyo.
  • The prize details (model/type/value) are at Toyo’s sole discretion and may vary.
  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

4. Winner Selection & Announcement

  • All valid entries received during the event period will be included in a random lucky draw.
  • Winners will be announced on 1st November 2025.
  • All winners will be notified via email using the address provided during registration.
  • If a winner does not respond within 7 days of the notification, Toyo reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

5. Data Privacy

  • By registering, participants consent to Toyo collecting and processing their personal data for the purposes of this promotion.
  • Participant data will not be shared with third parties, except as required for prize distribution and verification.

6. General Conditions

  • Toyo reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Toyo shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this promotion or acceptance of any prize.
  • In the event of any dispute, Toyo’s decision shall be final and binding.
  • These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Maldives.
