Description

The steel barges are made of commercial quality plates of 8mmm and 6mm thick. The length, width and height of the barge shall be customised to customer requirements and to the dredging system specification. Decks and Hull are grit blasted and painted, Underwater area are blasted and painted with Antifouling paint. The paints used are as per marine standards. The pontoon is also equipped with Sacrificial anodes to prevent from corrosion. It also consists of a Suitable Hut and toilet with cistern. The walls are be made of corrugated sheets and roof from plastic roofing sheets. Water tank capacity is 500L. A bed space for staff resting or prayers shall be optional.

The Pontoon houses the Generator, Electric Hoist, Pump and the Control panel.
